UC EXECUTIVE BOARD
- Set directions, develop new policies and initiatives, and provide leadership
- Raise funds to support and promote UC activities
- Approve programs
- Enhance education and research collaboration among the UC members
- Develop linkages and partnerships to promote education and research collaboration with other networks
- Publicize activities and capabilities of the UC
UC COORDINATORS
- Develop proposals for UC Executive Board approval
- Implementation of policies and decisions of the UC-EB (developing strategies and action plans to implement new policies and decisions)
- Managing, monitoring and reporting ongoing programs
- Inter and intra institution coordination and communication
UC SECRETARIAT
- Act as central coordinating body for UC activities
- Manage the funds of the UC
- Provide secretarial and communication services
- Production of annual reports, brochures, e-newsletter
